Network Administartion and Support in 24 by 7 shift.

Vendor management for Data Centre Network, MPLS networks etc
Monitor and Ensuring the Data Center Infra working fine and coordinating with vendors for repairs of HVAC or other network related issues.
Job Description
- Administration and management of technical operations) in support of Cisco, Fortinet, and HP network infrastructure (Routing, and Switching).
- Network Monitoring using tools like SolarWinds, Nagios, Cacti, What-s Up etc.
- Handling tickets raised by customers related to Network issues / VPN issue etc.
- Understanding customer-s network and solving network related issues within SLA.
- Implements changes to Network infrastructure to correct errors or enhance functionality.
- Develops processes for improving operational efficiencies, as well as identifies/implements automation process/tools for existing NOC manual processes.
- Vendor management for Data Centre Network, MPLS networks etc.
- Maintaining the Links SLA for DC network, LAN/WLAN network, WAN network and reporting the SLA performance report at the time of clearing the tax invoice to Service providers.
- Arrange for monthly review meetings with Vendors for SLA tracking.
- Need to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly network tasks handled such as the backup of Network device, Upgrading the IOS, Latency reports, weekly Backups etc.
- Monitor and Ensuring the Data Center Infra working fine and coordinating with vendors for repairs of HVAC or other network related issues.
- Prepares technical reports, memoranda, and instructional manuals as documentation of network design and operational requirements.
- Ready to work in 24 by 7 shifts including holidays.
Qualification Details
Essential Qualification: Employers prefer to hire candidates having Engineering Graduate with 1-2 years relevant experience Or Graduate/Diploma in Computer/IT with 2-3-year overall IT experience.
Preferred Qualification: Employers prefer to hire candidates having Engineering Graduate with 1-2 years relevant experience
Experience Details
Essential Experience: 1 to 2 years of Relevant experience of NOC handling monitoring and management of Network infrastructure of Fertigate UTM Firewalls, Cisco Switches, wireless network etc
Preferred Experience: Knowledge of ITIL practices Knowledge of for Passive cabling network.
Special Skill
Essential : 1 to 2 years of Relevant experience of NOC handling monitoring and management of Network infrastructure of Fertigate UTM Firewalls, Cisco Switches, wireless network etc
Preferred : Certifications in CCNA/NSE would be an added advantage.
Knowledge of ITIL practices
Knowledge of for Passive cabling network.
